The Advisory Board of the Santiago network shall provide guidance and oversight to the Santiago network secretariat on the effective implementation of the functions of the Santiago network in accordance with its terms of reference.
The members of the Advisory Board are elected in accordance with decision 12/CMA.4, endorsed by decision 11/CP.2.
