Dopasi Foundation is a Pakistan-based, women-led organization providing implementation-grounded technical assistance on climate and health to help avert, minimize, and address climate-induced loss and damage. Working in highly climate-vulnerable settings, Dopasi combines field response with institutional capacity strengthening, digital risk- assessments, and community-led impact documentation. Its work supports national and regional actors in strengthening governance, preparedness, and readiness to access climate finance and recovery mechanisms across South Asia and other vulnerable regions.

Professor Edris Alam brings over 22 years of teaching experience in public universities across the UK, Australia, Bangladesh, and the UAE. His research interests span a wide range of fields, including climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction (DRR), business continuity management, public health emergencies, and integrated emergency management to enhance resilience. Dr. Alam earned his PhD in Disaster Risk Reduction from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia. In his career, he has served in various capacities for national governments, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and United Nations agencies. Dr Alam has authored over 100 research articles in major international journals.

Edward Turvill is a climate resilience expert with extensive experience addressing climate change impacts in vulnerable regions. His work supports the Santiago network’s mission by providing technical assistance to developing countries, focusing on capacity building, climate finance, and integrating climate risk into planning. With experience in the Asia-Pacific and Small Island Developing States (SIDS), he has led and advised disaster risk reduction and recovery projects. His collaborative, multi-stakeholder approach strengthens global efforts on climate resilience and loss and damage.

ENDA Energie is an international non-governmental organization created in 1982 and based in Dakar, Senegal and a member of the international network Environment-Development of the Third World (ENDA-TM). It is very involved in issues and actions related to energy, adaptation to climate change and mitigation of its effects, as well as gender in Africa. It is thus committed to simultaneously addressing the interdependent problems of equitable access to sustainable energy, climate change and natural resource governance in a perspective of triple energy-ecological-citizen transition.

Endorois Indigenous Women Empowerment Network (EIWEN) is a women- and disability-led Indigenous organization in Kenya advancing climate justice, human rights, and cultural resilience. EIWEN empowers Endorois Indigenous women, girls, and persons with disabilities through advocacy, traditional knowledge, and inclusive disaster risk response. By centering intersectionality and community leadership, EIWEN contributes to the Santiago Network’s mission to strengthen locally led, rights-based responses to climate loss and damage.

Equal Right is a global campaign working on economic justice without borders. Rooted in the principle that everyone has an 'equal right' to the world's wealth and resources, they focus on researching ambitious solutions to tackle inequality, redistribute global wealth and secure fundamental human rights for people everywhere. This includes international advocacy on the role of unconditional, individual, regular cash payments to support climate justice, including as a policy response for loss and damage.

ERATOSTHENES Centre of Excellence (CoE) is a Digital Innovation Hub and a reference Centre for Earth Observation, Space technology and Geospatial Information in the Eastern Mediterranean, Middle East, and North Africa (EMMENA) region. ERATOSTHENES CoE offers timely information to communities and stakeholders covering the entire disaster management cycle, i.e., preparation, response, recovery, and mitigation, against various environmental hazards, such as earthquakes, landslides, coastal/soil erosion, forest fires, floods, drought and epidemics.

The European Institute of Peace is an independent mediation support and conflict resolution organisation with the aim of creating conditions for peace. Since 2020, EIP's Climate and Environmental Peacemaking Programme (CEPM) has supported governments and communities in fragile contexts that are particularly vulnerable to climate change. CEPM has delivered integrated climate and conflict analyses, conducted consultations and dialogues on environmental and climate risks, strengthened environmental governance, supported horizontal/vertical collaboration between decision-makers and provided policy-oriented technical assistance to national and local actors, supporting responses to climate-related loss and damage.

FAO’s mission aligns with the Santiago network by providing technical assistance and capacity development on loss and damage to support climate-vulnerable communities, ensuring food systems remain resilient amidst climate change impacts.

Fouad H. Saeed holds a PhD in Water Resources Engineering and is dedicated to advancing sustainable water management solutions. He worked at the Ministry of Water Resources in Iraq for 21 years, where his responsibilities included flood and drought management. He has published more than 20 scientific papers, book chapters, and reports, most of which focus on climate change. He has contributed to monitoring, addressing, and planning efforts to confront climate change challenges.
