The Regional Environmental Centre for the Caucasus (REC Caucasus) is an independent, non-for-profit organization, established to assist in solving environmental problems as well as development of the civic society in the countries of the South Caucasus. The Santo Sunset Environment Network (SSEN) is an indigenous-led NGO working in remote and climate-vulnerable parts of the Republic of Vanuatu, to catalyse support and empower individuals, villages and communities in improving environmental protection and conservation; to influence effective, inclusive, resilient and sustainable development strategies in keeping with traditional livelihoods. Since 2017, the SSEN has undertaken numerous projects and programmes to directly address the increasingly existential impacts of climate change, and meet the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

SANZAR is an agri-tech and geospatial analytics company providing climate-risk monitoring and loss-and-damage–relevant services through satellite remote sensing, AI-driven multitemporal analysis, GIS, and UAV-enabled data collection. Its work supports early warning, anticipatory action, and post-event damage and loss quantification for hazards including droughts, floods, wildfires, and climate-aggravated biological risks (e.g., pests and crop disease). Since at least 2019, SANZAR has delivered technical assistance across multiple regions, combining operational deployments, training, and advisory support for national institutions, cooperatives, insurers, and public authorities.

Dr Sarisha Ramanand is an international Climate and Development Expert based in South Africa. She has a background in climate mitigation and adaptation, her specialisation is Transformational Adaptation. She provides technical leadership and guidance on climate projects globally, with focus on the Global South. She is a National Steering Committee member of the GEF-SGP in South Africa, UNFCCC Expert Country Reviewer, UNEP Expert Reviewer, and a Loss and Damage Mentor, as part of the jointly formed IIED- ICCCAD Loss and Damage Research Observatory.

Seven Skies Information & Research is a Nairobi-based climate risk analytics firm supporting governments and communities with early warning, vulnerability assessment and climate information services. Its work includes multi-hazard early warning systems, drought and flood monitoring, geospatial analysis, machine learning-based risk prediction, community-level data collection and documentation of climate-related loss and damage. Seven Skies combines government-integrated systems with last-mile engagement to help vulnerable pastoralist, agrarian and Indigenous communities anticipate, minimize and respond to climate impacts.

SLYCAN Trust is a non-profit think tank founded and headquartered in Sri Lanka and with international offices in Germany and the UK. Their objective is strengthening Global South perspectives, knowledge production, and south-south-north partnerships.
